Goop sources products from designers and brands all over the world. We’re constantly working together with our collaborators to make the process easier and more convenient for you.
Please make sure to provide your preferred shipping address when making your purchase as we are unable to redirect orders once purchases are made.
Once your purchase is made, we will confirm your card details and will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Because goop sources products from different suppliers, items sold on goop are shipped from multiple destinations and with multiple carriers. Both shipping times and costs are dependant on each supplier.
Shipping costs for all products will be calculated individually and will depend on the size, weight, handling fees and shipping insurance.
Occasionally, a few but not all of our suppliers, will offer free shipping.
Please note that goop products can only be shipped within the continental United States and not to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii at this time. However, we are working to improve our shipping abilities every day.
Each supplier will dispatch your order on the day of your purchase. Orders made after 6 pm EST will be dispatched the next day.
Your package will take between 4 and 7 days to arrive after dispatch via Ground Shipping.
We cannot offer overnight shipping at this time. Watch this space though, we’re constantly looking to make improvements on our service.
The shipping method depends on the supplier’s chosen carrier, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. Ground Shipping will be used for all packages, no matter what carrier.
You can track your order under "My Account" – Order History. If you purchased as a guest, you can track your order via the tracking number you received with your order confirmation.
All carriers will require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that you receive your package safely and without any damage.
If you purchase several products, please note that because shipping depends on the supplier, your purchases will arrive in separate packages and potentially on separate dates.
All products purchased on goop will arrive in goop’s specially designed packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope that you like your purchase. However, if it’s not quite right for you because of size, fit, or a manufacturing fault, we will be glad to take it back.
We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a completed returns note.
If you checked out as a guest, to obtain and complete a returns note, email Customer Service stating the reason for your return. Customer Service will then send you the information necessary to make the return and the address that the product will need to be shipped to in order to complete the refund.
If you have an account with goop, go to your "My Account" section under Returns. Select the reason for your return or exchange and submit. You will then receive a Return Authorization Number to include in your returns packaging. You can print out a return label in this section as well. Please be sure to clearly state your Return Authorization Number in it and include it in your returns packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns of cosmetics, intimate apparel including swimwear, earrings and any personalized or custom products, or any product that specifies it is unreturnable in its description, unless they are faulty.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address, so please ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at the return address.
Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We will refund items but we do not refund delivery or shipping charges: this includes charges for Express delivery and for sending your return back to us.
