    Ginger & Scallion Soup

    makes 1

    • fresh ginger—peel and dice about 5 slices
    • 3 scallions chopped
    • 1.5 cups water

    preparation

    1. Boil the ingredients lightly uncovered about 10 minutes.

    2. Drink. It should induce a light sweat.
